Salon Policies & Reminders

To ensure every client receives dedicated, unhurried care, we ask that you review our scheduling policy:

• Rescheduling Policy:

  We require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule your appointment for a different date or time.

• Cancellation Policy:

  We require at least 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations.

• Late Cancellations & No-Shows Fee:

  Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments (no-shows) will incur a 50% fee charged to the card on file.

• Late Arrivals:

  If you are running more than 10–15 minutes late, please text or call us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate you, but your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled to stay on schedule for the next guest.
