The Role: Specialist for Sensitive Souls .We are seeking an independent-minded employee who takes pride in caring for clients with severe sensitivities, allergies, or health concerns (such as pregnancy or autoimmune issues). You will have the autonomy to manage your chair while benefiting from a workplace that prioritizes clean air and scalp health.

Who You Are

• Experienced Pro: 5+ years behind the chair with an active Colorado Barber or Cosmetology License.

• Independent Thinker: You don’t want to be micro-managed; you want a professional space where you can excel as an organic expert.

• Empathetic Caretaker: You understand that for many of our clients, we are the only salon they can safely visit due to chemical sensitivities.
